Office Location: QSentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 2, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consultancy services in the whole spectrum of HR Management, including organisation development, change management, HR Strategy, performance management, salary review, talent assessment etc., to positively impact the company’s success and profitability.

• Initiate and lead marketing and business development of consultancy services with new and existing clients

• Contribute in the creation and preparation of consultancy proposals in the diagnoses of client issues

• Advise clients on aligning people strategies with business strategies, including designing diagnostic and implementation framework and providing appropriate solutions,  

• Lead and support a team of consultants

• Optimise revenue generation by achieving targets, pricing, timesheet, project management, billing and collections 

 

Qualifications:

• HR / Management Science / Psychology Graduate 

• Strategy / Management / HR Consulting background with strong numerical ability

• At least 7-10 years of experience 

• Strong problem solving skills

• Read, write and speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia
